In the unlikely event that you have to return an item to us (within your 14 day cooling off period). You must first notify us of your intention to return the item in question, either by email or post,Stating the reason for return, your name and address, contact phone number, and the date you received the item. Do not return the item in question until you have been advised to do so by a member of our customer service team. The full cost of returning any item to us (within 14 days) is to be paid by you the customer. All goods must be in the original package, the package, and any included sales merchandise, picture display cards, garment and package hanger, must not be torn, damaged, crumbled, or altered in any way. The clothing, and any included accessories, must have all the relevant tags and labels still attached to them. They must not have been worn, smell of any odour, smoke, perfume, alcohol, etc, or have any stains of any description, eg, make-up, fake tan, body or face paints, etc, All items described on the pack and in our description of the goods on our website, must also be included in the returned package. In the interest of customer hygeine, items such as wigs, pants, teeth and fangs, tights, stockings, hair pieces, headdresses, paints and make-up, can not be returned. Goods returned to us that breach the above conditions, may not be entiltled to a full refund. The return of such goods back to the customer is entirely at the customers expense. Goods sold in sealed packing once opened can not be returned. If you are not happy with any item purchased on our online shop you may return goods to us (at your expense ) within your 14 days cooling off period, from date of recorded delivery, as per the distant selling act. Provided that they meet all the returns criteria set out above. Customers who do not adhere to the returns criteria may not be entiltled to any refund, credit note, or exchange. Agreed Refunds to customers cards may take a few days to appear back in their accounts. Refunds will only be made on the cost price of goods, transport, shipping, postage, etc is entirely at the customers expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
